Whether you are coming with a large family or seeking extra privacy: thanks to the independent ground-floor apartment, this property is the ideal base for a relaxing stay.

• Ultimate night's sleep: The villa on the first floor has three bedrooms, each with two beds. The ground-floor apartment offers a fourth bedroom with two beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning;
• Fresh start to the day: There are neat bathrooms featuring a shower, a bathtub, and a hairdryer. The ground-floor apartment has its own bathroom;
• Delicious cooking: A fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. Extra convenience is provided by a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and sandwich maker. The ground-floor apartment also has its own kitchen;
• Relax in style: The cozy living room features a seating area with a TV including streaming services. Unlimited free Wi-Fi is available throughout, and the house features both 110-volt and 220-volt outlets;
• Caribbean outdoor living: Behind the house, you can enjoy the large private pool in complete privacy. Comfortable sun loungers are ready for use, and there is a hammock to dream away in. A barbecue is available for pleasant evenings;

• Are you visiting with a group larger than 4 people? You can book the apartment for an additional € 70 per night. For groups of more than 6 people, this surcharge will be applied automatically;

• The base price per night applies to 4 people. For all additional persons, a surcharge of € 15 per person per night applies;
• Electricity (€ 0.41 per kWh) and water (€ 8 per m³) are not included in the rental price;
• The minimum rental period is 7 nights;
• Smoking is only permitted outside;
• Pets are welcome upon request and after approval by the owner;
• The organization of parties and events as well as groups of young people are only permitted upon request.
